Terms of Service Agreement Whimsy Meal Prep Services Effective Date: 5/8/25
1. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their meal prep services at any time. However, any meals that have already begun processing will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds
Meals that have entered the processing stage cannot be refunded. Customers acknowledge that preparation begins promptly upon order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for all meal prep services is due five (5) days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. All payments will be processed through QuickBooks links via ACH, Credit Card, or PayPal. Late payments may result in delayed delivery or pickup of meals, or suspension of service until payment is received.
4. Service Modifications
Any changes to pick up times or delivery requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in meal delays and/or suspension of service.
5. Privacy
Thrive Kitchen Solutions and Whimsy Catering will NEVER share or sell customer information, including but not limited to payment type, email, phone number, or address.
6. Return of Containers
Customers maintain the right to request the return of their meal prep containers at any time. Whimsy Meal Prep Services will facilitate the return upon request.
7. Liability for Container Replacement
Customers consent to being liable for the replacement of any meal prep containers given to Thrive Kitchen Solutions and Whimsy Catering in the event of loss or damage.
8. Packaging Returns
Customers agree to return any packaging owned by Thrive Kitchen Solutions and Whimsy Catering after use. Failure to return packaging may result in additional charges or service limitations.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Thrive Kitchen Solutions is not liable for any adverse food reactions due to allergies. Customers are responsible for communicating allergy-related concerns before ordering.
10. Termination
Whimsy Meal Prep Services reserves the right to terminate service under the following conditions: Late Payments – Persistent failure to meet payment deadlines. Unforeseen Circumstances – Unexpected events affecting service operations. Emergencies – Situations requiring immediate changes to availability.
11. Communication Consent
Customers agree to be contacted regarding meal prep services, including updates, promotions, and service-related communications.
By using Whimsy Meal Prep Services, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
